The 31st HOTELEX Shanghai International Hotel and Catering Expo was successfully held from May 29 to June 1, 2023 at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai), with over 245000 professional visitors attending. This year's HOTELEX Shanghai Exhibition made its second appearance at the Dahongqiao National Convention and Exhibition Center, still using the full scale of the museum, with a total exhibition area of 400000 square meters.
